That said, so what? They don't assimilate it's their loss it's disadvantageous to them they can't communicate with the rest of the nation they're the ones that will be at a disadvantage and tough luck.
Frankly though I do like fiesta's I do like quesidilla's and I do like the strong value they place on family relations.
I don't care too much for Spanish but for interest in another culture I won't reject learning it. On the other hand I'll give a call to corporate about the operations of a particular store should the attendee not be able to understand what I say because of a language impediment and not even try to work with me that's just bad work ethics that I nor anyone else need put up with.
