So when the press throws such piddly and insignificant things at Obama like the Ayers thing, that's a softball, but when the press has thus far given McCain a free pass on issues like his lobbyist connections, that's attacking?
(I consider Ayers to be a complete nonissue. The state senator that was grooming Obama as her successor decided to have a kick off party at Ayers house. Obama didn't choose the place, and I doubt Obama even knew who Ayers was. Obama has repeatedly denounced Ayers, and there's no indication that they were ever more than just neighbors. Any blame for the Ayers party falls at the feet of Obama's predecessor.)
