Maybe two minorities is too risky - but if Obama goes for a traditional old white guy, I don't think it'll be Biden. He has foreign policy experience, but he also has a way of putting his foot in his mouth. And I think someone like Rendell (also being floated by some), with appeal in a swing state like Pennsylvania, would be a wiser choice.
