I'm not sure if this is some sort of joke. However we Quakers do believe in God. Parts of our religion do resemble a "minor and inactive political party." However, Quakers are Christian and believe in God. They just believe god doesn't want war, pollution or inequality. This idea is a bit strange to many others, but it makes a lot of sense to me.
