I think our entire financial system is based on wish full thinking and not
any stable rationale.
As it stands now, the rest of the world is doing ok while we are going in to a
recession, and I think that is very bad for us.
Also the REPS&DEMS have NO PLANS of stopping the insane debt spending that
is currently going on. And one has to ask the question: "When will America
go bankrupt?"

The links don't work, but I did a search on Rex 84,
and found this. Rex 84 was some exercises for mass detention conducted in 1984. Actual mass detentions were done in 1967 during the Detroit riots, in which more than 5,000 people were arrested. They were all put inside a hastily constructed fenced enclosure in Washtenaw County, near Ann Arbor, because the jails in Wayne County could not hold them all. the National Guard was responsible for maintaining that temporary facility.
The email in question is rather misleading.
