I see no issue here. She was perfectly free to smack him across the face, kick him in the balls, punch him in the nose, or hell... just stand up and walk away.
There's no "assault" because she sat there (laid there?) and ALLOWED him to touch her without so much a verbal protest.
Why to people immediately jump to the conclusion that women are so pathetically weak that they can't even say "stop"?
