Yeah, I'm not following any strict "diet". I'm just eating healthier. I've cut out white stuff (white bread, white rice, white sugar). Now only whole wheat... though I started doing that awhile ago. I use organic, unprocessed sugar. Eating more fish. Steaming my veggies and eating a lot of raw veggies. Lots of fruit.
High protein, avg carb, low fat, low sugar... that's what I'm trying to do to eat "healthier". Add to that more fiber, a lot more water, more vitamins and minerals. And of course... circuit training.
I'm going to get my body back, damnit!
