Was there anything to lead you to believe of partisanship in that article from reuters? They simply presented the facts as is. If you are curious do your own homework before screaming foul play.

Then I suggest you just take it and leave it then. Note the sub heading of the thread - international politics.
You don't care for it, then don't participate in it. You want to participate in it then do your homework before being an utter arse about it.
You don't care for anything in Asia that's your predicament, no one is forcing it upon you.
You want to make a big deal about it take it up with the mods then and express your desire to make this forum only about US affairs.
I have my right to free speech just as you do don't like it, tough deal with it.
