How would you dispute that poverty risk increases the demand for home ownership? How would you then dispute that, even if rational economic man was achieved (with education somehow able to eliminate error), market instability is the norm?
Despite the instability of capitalism, having an education allows the same people who are now getting their houses taken to invest wisely and live in an apartment until they can actually afford what they're buying. I'm sure Marx wouldn't want the poor to suffer for want of an education.

Also, you guys should take your argument to another thread- or better yet, make a True Debate.
