The point of view expressed in the OP, imo, uses the convenient issue of illegal immigrants to make a classist attack on corporations in america.

Do you want to go after small households that employ a housekeeper ?

Homeowners who employ illegal handymen or lawn care help ?

Or just big business ?

Rather than attack one class or the other of Americans, lets just deport those who have it coming. Begin to seriously enforce the law we have and the problem will move back home.

If you intend to target "big business", realize that all you are doing is bothering the biggest business, while business 4 and 5 on the list diversify into 10 businesses. If they diversify, they will be small enough to escape notice, so all you end up doing is punishing the current leader for leading, you dont impact the labor one bit.
