Well, you really wouldn't expect any less from a corrupt Republican administration to kind of tip off a good ole boy Republican CEO of an impending dog and pony for show only imminent raid, now would you. However, Dimocrat CEOs may be quaking in their boots.

The most important goal is to stop the employers of illegals from providing the jobs magnet and it just seems it would be a lot easier and happen a lot faster if the threat of the lose of their business license was the chief tool to use. Forget the CEOs but if a personnel manager, an agent of the company, did not conduct a MANDATORY check of an employee's legal status or if a personnel manager did conduct the mandatory check but falsified the result and hired an illegal, STRIKE ONE, if caught. If caught in several of these violations, you get a suspended business license. If these violation continue, you lose your license. This would be a lot easier to prove and the threat of the loss of your business license is very powerful, enough even to make an employer of illegals FIRE all of their illegals.

Once you get these tough on illegals laws in place, that require MANDATORY e-verification of an employee's legal status, loss of business license to repeat offender employers of illegals, and PROOF of legal status to receive any social services, the jobs magnet will dry up, and the illegal Mexican invasion will be over, and even begin to reverse itself, as the illegals start to return back to wherever they came from.

You would even hear sob stories from Mexico about what will they do with all of these Mexican poverty rejects that Mexico dumped on the US who are now returning back to their roosts.
Using the Asset forfeiture laws to apply to businesses who hire illegals and hefty fines would encourage local law enforcement to crack down on the businesses who hire illegals. If they didn't use the e-verification to check on their employee then that is their fault,it doesn't matter if it is or isn't required to perform the check. The fact they didn't do the check only shows they didn't check to see if the individual they hired is here legally.
