I forget which ones, but some Congessmen recently stated that we have an urgent need for MORE illegal Mexican workers.
1 Congressman said this, and 3 or 4 backed him. Lieberman was one of them.
This just blows my mind.
Unemployment is rising.
Illegal workers are pulling down wages and quality of services while our taxes go to support them.
And it is destroying our economy.
Some crooks are willing to put this strain on our economy in order to keep the cost of certain services and products artificially low while helping an elite few that have financial motive for cheap labor, whether it be directly or through stocks.
As a result, inflation is rising while wages remain stagnant or decrease.
There are over 10 million jobs in this county that should be paying higher wages while employing Americans and "Legal" Immigrants. |
