I have told you time and time again, its a theory, hence not directly appliable in the real world without huge changes. I have asked you for any evidence that the comparative advantage theory has been not only used but worked in the real world, and you have yet to provide any proof.

More tiresome nonsense. You have not ensured ceteris paribus. Can you find ONE economic study that isolates the EEC effect?
Dont bother answering, I know you cant. |
Thats not what you asked for as far as I see in all your babbling. And yes I dont want to waste my time trying to look for such a study, when anyone can see that the UK economy is far far better off than it was in 1973.

Can we have our net contribution back?

Sure, if you pay the standard toll for all the goods exported to Europe since 1973, and other duties and taxes that are common place between countries.

I'm happy for the freedom of movement to be harmed. Its through trade that we maximise welfare and that only needs a free trade area. We'd also be doing multilateralism the power of good as we reject the economic costs generated by regionalism

You have made it clear that you dont like "outsiders".
