Just because they have nothing like human emotions doesn't mean that pain is any easier for them to endure. It's incredibly arrogant of you to say "Well, this species brain doesn't feel emotions like humans do, thus we can justify killing them painfully and unnecessarily so." Get your head out of your ***. If someone were born without the ability to feel emotions as most people do (if for example they were born with an abnormal amygdala, prefrontal cortex, etc.) would you be able to justify violently murdering them because of their lack of emotion?
