Good on the Professor. I don't fully agree with the things he said at the end, but I am happy to see someone not scared to express themselves about Muslims like people express themselves about...well, almost everything else in our society.

They are free to protest the acts of a single cartoonist as hate speech. More power to them.

This guy is more than free to protest the acts of many as aggressive and brutal behavior. More power to him.

I call Bull-**** on such BS as trying to get this man reprimanded (nothing threatening in this letter, simply making his opinion known and it happens to be negative in regards to the organization). Doubly so on making people take "mandatory diversity training". Hogwash.

This idiotic thought that someone can't speak out in public or private against things that Muslims may do wrong...but yet we can do it for Christians, Teenagers, Whites, Old People, Jews, upper class, cartoonists, etc...is just wrong.

Sure, mandatory diversity training for the faculty, but if that's the case mandatory humor and thick skin training for the muslim protesters
