Everyone is biased, sure. But you can still present information without bias.
Instead of portraying it in an unbiased way and thinking "Hmm, why would they do that?" James starts out with the assumption "bad liberals" and takes it from there. It's typical of him, but it's still kind of depressing.

Why do you care? Are there really kids somewhere who will decide on a whim to change genders- and not change back? Kids do what feels right. When puberty hits, those who weren't actually transsexual will learn the truth real fast. Besides, I don't see any part of the bill requiring teachers to tell kids about the choice- they won't be forced to ignore their common sense.
