Why do you care? Are there really kids somewhere who will decide on a whim to change genders- and not change back? Kids do what feels right. When puberty hits, those who weren't actually transsexual will learn the truth real fast. Besides, I don't see any part of the bill requiring teachers to tell kids about the choice- they won't be
forced to ignore their common sense.
Speaking of common sense, maybe you should try to stock up on some.
