Then I got my current desk job and my diet and excersise went to **** and at one time I had ballooned up to 252lbs. I had gotten down to 220 lbs again, but I have been yo-yo ing back and forth and haven't gotten under 220 since. My body weight now, if I was to remove all my fat(so bones, muscles, organs, water) would be around 190(just had a fit test). so 205 for me would be around 8-10% body fat. Any thing less than that I just don't have the time to train for, with my kid and work.

If I was to add muscle to my frame and keep my body fat at those levels, I think my frame could accept about 250-265lbs. But when I get old, I think it could end up being too hard on my joints later in life, so my aim is to keep it lean from now on.

Its always a good idea to keep the Weight off the joints, I’m probably a lot older that you, and my job keeps me on the road (truck driver) it is hard to keep any kind of diet eating in truck stops. Luckily I’m in and out of the house every other day, didn’t use to be that way though, used to be gone a week at a time. That was some of my incentive to get back in shape, just looking at some of the wrecks, waddling into the truck stop restaurant, and eat biscuits and gravy, after there done they chain smoke half a pack or cigarettes while drinking a half pot of coffee , and waddle back to their truck so the can drive three hundred more miles and shovel some more grease down.

Luckily I don’t smoke, and looking that I thought man you better start doing something. Went and joined a gym, after being out of training for about ten years and got back into pretty decent shape until I had the rotator cuff surgery I mentioned. I’m not going to do much until after the New Year starts, to many parties coming up and not enough will power.

Whats wrong with this board since the upgrade ?Cant use none of the smilies, the bold/underline function don't work, or is it just on my end?
