A lot of state constitutions specifically protect an individual right, and even in those that don't, states haven't generally placed such strong restrictions on guns that it would rise to the level of a constitutional challenge.

And yea, I'm looking forward to it as well, though I'm thinking it's going to be 5-4 in favor of the individual right.
