Bailey, Bryant Purvis, Kenneth Purvis, DH, Theo Shaw, and DJ come over to twere I was and started saying they was gonna jump me and beat me ***.

At this time I was surrounded by black boy so I took my hand out of my pockets and just waited for someone to hit me, then CA one of my friends came runnin up to me and said whats going on, Robert Bailey said nothing I don’t want to hit you I’m gettin somebody else

Then he got up and moved then Justin walk talking noise then Mychal Bell
stated I put that on my Mama I knock his black off which that mean he was going hit him so then it was time to go to class and Mychal standing at the door waiting on him to come out so then when he seen him walking to the door Mychal (can’t read) and hit him then

“After we ate lunch we had to go in the gym. I saw a bunch of black boys that were together and they started calling out some white boys names and saying you’re nexst after the names were called.
