Please understand actions before making judgments:
The Truth
It is true that the U.N. flag did not fly at half-mast when Ronald Reagan died, but it was not an act of disrespect to Mr. Reagan. According to the U.N., its flag is flown at half-mast whenever a world leader dies in office such as Yassar Arafat. Ronald Reagan did not die in office so the flag was not lowered.
